Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms carefully before engaging in coaching services.

1. Coaching Services

FTLC provides coaching via Zoom or phone only. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Coach Steve supports clients using mindset, meditation, and intention-based tools.

2. Booking & Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is due at booking unless part of a package. Packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in forfeiture.

4. Confidentiality

All conversations remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

5. Results Disclaimer

Results vary by individual. Success depends on client effort and engagement. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Eligibility

Clients must be 18+. FTLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a client is not a good fit.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, meditations, and materials remain the intellectual property of Coach Steve and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Assessment Tools

EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360, and DISC assessments may be provided via trusted third-party partners. By opting in, clients agree to share required information to receive reports and debriefs.

9. Custom Meditations & Audio

All personalized recordings are for private use only and may not be redistributed or sold.

10. Accessibility

FTLC is committed to accessibility. Contact us for accommodations and we will do our best to support you.

11. Modification of Terms

FTLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

13. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

14. Force Majeure

FTLC is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control.

15. Refund Policy for Add-Ons

Assessments and meditation add-ons are non-refundable once delivered.

16. Package Expiration

Coaching packages must be used within 8 months unless agreed otherwise in writing.

17. Coaching Scope Clarification

Clients experiencing mental health challenges should seek licensed professional care. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
